Terms of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to all sales.

  1. Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all orders are subject to a processing time of 1-3 days prior to shipping.
  2.  A full refund is available for any reason only before the order has shipped. No refunds can be issued after the order has shipped.
  3. Orders that are lost or substantially damaged in transit are eligible for replacement at no cost to you, pending investigation by the courier. In the case of damaged goods, photographs must be provided. Verified deliveries with no evidence of damage are not eligible for replacement.
  4. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund or replacement product within 30 days of  receiving your order. Such concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and no refunds will be issued for late deliveries.
  6. Orders containing both custom soap and in-stock items will be shipped together when the custom soap is ready. If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for the custom soap.
